Summary: We like Historic so this was perfect for us. It is a 300 year old building. If you want a modern room-stay in their new addition. Our room was perfect and it was used as the "morgue" during the Revolution. It is supposed to be haunted but we didn't see and ghosts-sadly. LOL. The staff were very professional, helpful yet quite friendly. We would stay here again. The food in the dining room is excellent.

Summary: There is plenty of things to do outside of the hotel. The town has cute little shops and a great breakfast place. Lots of historical sights. Where the Revolutionary War battles took place in Concord to grave sites.

Summary: It was unfortunate breakfast is not served M-F. A coffee machine in the lobby just isn’t quite what I would’ve expected. We are regular guests at the Publick House Inn in Sturbridge, probably staying there 4 times each year as we travel back and forth between Ohio and Maine. The Professional staff, cleanliness, and supplied soaps, shampoo, and lotion are the only things in common. I will definitely make the Publick House Inn our continued choice. The bakery onsite alone is worth an extra drive.

Summary: This is a historical property. Thus is does not have an ELEVATOR to the 2nd and 3rd floors which is incredibly difficult for those of us that don't do stair or carrying heavy objects like luggage up stairs. In addition, the rooms are small, the bathrooms are small and the shower is smaller than some cruise ships or RVs I've been in. But the history is everywhere! In addition, there is inadequate parking for the number of guests this property can accommodate.
