Summary: Nothing wrong but also nothing special. There was no free water bottles in the room and no one offered to let us know if our room would be ready earlier etc. Breakfast was free and good but definately not on the same level as places that charge for breakfast. Location was great thou (little noisy because the central location) but everything else was just okay.

Summary: Great location an easy short walk from train station, very easy to find, right at the end of the pedestrian old-town area, with virtually all public transportation options a few steps away. Breakfest is an extensive buffet; among the best we have experienced. Staff was always helpful with good suggestions, and always a smile and acknowledgement when we came in the door....surprising what a difference that makes. Hotel provides access to the Gym/Athletic Club next door. We will definitely stay at Concord on our next visit.
