Positive: ​I had a wonderful experience at Concept Pera. The location is absolutely perfect and incredibly close to the metro station (Shishane), making it super easy to explore Istanbul. ​The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What made our stay even more special was the staff—they are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. ​I highly recommend Concept Pera to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely stay here again!

Positive: We had a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. Even if we missed something (e.g. hangers for clothes) they provided right away as we asked. As for the breakfast, we could choose from a wide variety of dishes, local specialties included as well. There is a bus station very close to the hotel, so reaching the further attractions was not a problem.They helped with the airport transfer too, this way we payed a fixed price for the taxi, and we did not have to worry about scams.

Positive: It is close to the city center. Modern interior and very clean
Negative: We could hear noise from the hallway which was unpleasant. We had a problem with closing the balcony door but it was fixed in timely manner. Breakfast was good for the price but the the choice is not big

Negative: The kitchen smells fish. Very little or no vegetarian options for breakfast

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Concept Pera Hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk from Galata Tower and close to everything. The breakfast was also great. A big thank you to Zafer and Leila at the reception — they were so kind, helpful and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome.
