Positive: Amazing location. huge area with a lot of greeneries. We brought our pet husky and he enjoyed walking around the resort grounds. The free bike and kayak service is a nice touch although the inner manmade lake is small.

Negative: the resort should improve or clarify the free bike rental process as some other guests used the bike that we were using after we parked it in the pool area.

Summary: Amazing Stay. will definitely be back

Positive: The staff were excellent. We had a problem with the late check out and they spoke with management to ensure we would be able to stay according to our booking. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent. Facilities great - pool, bikes, a farm. You do not need to leave the location at all.

Negative: Pet friendly rooms balconies were a bit dirty and run down space behind. It would be nice to update these as the rooms are quite expensive and our cat would have liked to explore this space if it had been clean.

Positive: Ambiance, staff attitude ( very kind and supportive) , river bed ,

Negative: 1) Costely - my friend stayed ( 2 Adult +1 Kid paid 3300 THB. For me 2Adult +2 children paid 4300 THB same category of room) which is costly 2) Breakfast need to improve , some food exhausted early
