Stunning 2 bedroom remodeled apartment in the heart of Cascade, IA. Located in downtown Cascade, only steps away from bars, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop.
Living Space: Over 1,000 square feet of living space. This listing is located on the 2nd floor above 2 businesses.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, smart tv and walk in closet--Bedroom 2 has a queen and full size bed, smart tv and walk in closet. If additional sleeping is needed a blow up mattress and pack n' play are available upon request.
Indoor Living: Cozy living room, smart tv, large dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full sized fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, range and microwave. It is fully equipped with kitchen basics, coffee maker and toaster.
General: Central air and heat, washer and dryer available in unit, public street parking on main street (there is also a public parking lot across the street if needed). This is a family owned apartment with a secure entrance.
We are in the last phase of our remodel and putting on the finishing touches. TVs will be mounted and new bedding is coming soon. Photos will be updated soon.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for a funeral and were traveling with our daughter and her family which included 3 little ones. The apartment was very clean and updated. The bedrooms are large and the walk-in closets are a big plus. We had everything we needed - including an iron and ironing board. The little ones liked the large sized TV. Easy check in and quick responses from owner when I had questions. Would def stay here again and would highly recommend.

Summary: Our family is all in Cascade and we went to visit for a reunion. This place was perfect! It was so clean. Having 2 bedrooms with great beds to sleep in was nice. It is located right on Main Street across from Happy Joe’s Pizza and our favorite place, Thr Taproom.
