Summary: Everything was perfect...the property was very clean and well equipped. The only hiccup for my stay is that the communication regarding how to check in from the host was extremely poor and even customer service from Vrbo could not reach him on the day of the check in. I was in panic mode thinking i was scammed and had elderly and young children with me. I then managed to get in touch with the host's partner and she was fantstiv and quick to reply and i was told that they were on holiday and the host has no network. I appreciated the reason but being a host puts you in a responsible position to make sure your guest dont have any issues as the payment was made in full and also everything the host requested wa sprovided in time without delay so it should have been the same from the host as well. I had to make international call from my phone which cost me and also was on the phone with customer services for ages. I was quite surprised how customer service did not know their check in process nor thw complete address of the property as i was not given that either. Had i not known the partner of the host i would not have had anywhere to go but to check in a hotel and ruin my holiday. I would advise the host to be more responsible specially when guest involve elderly and young children. On the positive side, the property was lovely and also every ammmenities was nearby and the hosts partner was really quick in responding. Thank you so much for a lovely time we had a good time.
