Positive: The Balcony View was lovely and the host was very welcoming when we met her on arrival. The host was quick to respond to a problem regarding the heating and then noisy pipes.

Negative: Finding the place on Google Maps was some reason not easy and was made more difficult when trying to reach Host by phone. There were no curtains and a main road ran right by the property which isn't shown in the photos. The floor above our apartment was rather noisy and we were woken by vibrating phones and audible scuffling of feet on hard floors. One morning we were woken very early by noisy water pipes. Though we appreciate that this was because we requested the heating to be put on the day before. Seasonal and very abundant bugs would get in if we opened any windows. Although these two latter incidents are probably rare, it did make for a rather unpleasant experience for us.

Summary: Though the price was reasonable, we are sad to say we wouldn't return to this property.

Positive: The view from the terrace is really amazing! :) The house has everything you need (even a washing machine) and the host was there to welcome us and open the door. We appreciated our stay there, we would definitely recommend it and even maybe come back one day!

Negative: worn out bed mattress and sofa, small parking space on a steep slope, access courtyard completely dark, no lighting. It was cold (no heating with 19.5 C inside), no sound proof windows and noisy neighbors til 11 o’clock in the night and as early as 6.30 in the morning. Not suitable for business travellers. Good for holidays purposes.
