Positive: Extremely helpful and very available staff, they even opened the restaurant twice for two people only just so we can have dinner/breakfast and the views are incredible. Very recommended, and overall a very good place to spend even 5+ days easily.

Negative: Temperature in the room was a bit cold even cranking the radiator to the maximum setting, even after a night of heating I found the bathroom to be really cold. Honestly the only complaint I could have especially given the price.
