Summary: Room itself didn’t feel very clean. Dirty shower, temperature control doesn’t work as it’s pre-set by hotel. Likely one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on, terrible pillows

Summary: We were upgraded to a larger room with two double beds. Our room was clean and plenty of space for our luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: Awesome hotel. Welcoming staff and a good location. Close to bus lines and a main subway. Not far from the international airport also. Very cheap, and great amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Summary: The hotel from the outside looks amazing and the lobby and decor is beautiful. However, the smell reminds me of a musty old public library - not of a hotel. The room was spacious with a seating area but the carpet is stained and really needs a deep clean to bring out the color. The old smell still lingers. The airconditioning doesn't cool the room even after leaving it on for most of the day. I slept without the duvet blanket to keep me cool.
