Positive: It was clean. Host was polite.

Negative: The parking was off site in a shopping center. I am moving across Canada and was not about to leave my truck full of everything I own overnight in a sketchy shopping mall. They said I could park in the driveway but I would have to move my car at 9:30pm and 6:30am so they could get the vehicle in the garage. I would not stay here. False advertising. If you don't have parking just state it. If you don't have a late checkout at 11am and I would have to be up before 7am then write that. I would have chosen a different place to suit my needs.

Positive: Angela is great and very caring. The room was clean and tidy and a free bottle of water was provided.

Negative: No cooking option or using the kitchen facilities for any sort of cooking. The options for guests are placing food in the fridge or heating food in the microwave.
