A comfortable and welcoming home. Conveniently located by Highway 70, I-25, and I-10. Only 10 minutes from town & 11 minutes from New Mexico State University. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac.
There is ample onsite parking with a 2 car garage and large pad out front as well as a long driveway to park a longer vehicle.
NASA, White Sands Missile Range, and the famous White Sands National Monument is only 40 minutes away. Beautiful sunset views of Organ Mountains. Check out the local cuisine, historic Old Mesilla, outdoor activities, and cultural events!

Step into this beautifully decorated southwestern-style home. Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with over 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains from the back patio. Safe, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway for easy access to White Sands or any other destination. This desert oasis has all the necessities of a home and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway.

Summary: I rented this home while I was in town for work. It is the perfect place. The home has great energy, nicely decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Summary: The house was great- clean, spacious, good floor plan, nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom nice & big. We enjoyed our 4 nights there. We brought comfy chairs and hoped to hang out in the back yard to see the mountains, but you can only see the mountains standing up, and there is a lot of noise from I-70. So, highly recommended for the house itself, maybe don't plan to spend a lot of time in the back yard.
