Positive: This is the perfect house for a family vacation. The hosts made check-in super easy ( door and gate codes before arrival). Communication was good with hosts and they checked on us several times during the week. When we arrived, the house was super clean and well decorated. The pool area is pristine. The rooms are spacious and every closet had drawers and built ins for clothing etc. They provide plenty of linens but there is a washer/dryer on site if you need it. We found everything in the kitchen you need if you plan to cook a meal ( we cooked breakfast in the mornings before hitting the Disney parks). The kitchen is well stocked, which is unusual for vacation home rentals. Did I mention TWO dishwashers?!?! Amazing. 12 minute drive to the Disney parks and multiple gates to exit and enter on property. Give this a house a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Negative: I would recommend ceiling fans because you can’t not freely adjust the thermostat much ( which is understandable ). This would not stop us from renting again though.

Positive: Nice and spacious property. It’s super clean and super close to Disney. The property is close to many restaurants and shops, perfect location!!! The Host are easily accessible through text and respond quickly. Amazing experience, would recommend 10/10

Positive: The house is beautiful and furnished nicely. Location is great and 10-15 min away from Epcot and Animal Kingdom.

Negative: Ac/heat thermostat was locked, and had to message to switch from heat to cool and vice versa until the next day. We called in the night before leaving and owners unlocked it for us. With the weather going from 60s to 80s °F, it is important to have control of temperature in the house.
