5. You may use the kitchen equipment during your stay.
6. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am

9. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged.
10. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down your singing practice to daytime hours
11. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls.
The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra (which I will pass on to guests) if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time-consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.

Summary: Loved this property! We stayed here as a family of 4. Plenty of space. Quiet, clean, all necessary amenities, and then some. Easy checkin and checkout. Close to the strip, without feeling like it ;) Ubers were only minutes away. Great for family. Would stay here again!

Summary: We stayed a few days while looking at homes as we plan our move to Las Vegas. The home was very clean, nicely furnished, instructions about the home from WiFi to checkout and everything in between were very clear. Location was great for us as we were viewing homes in the Summerlin area but also wanted to be close to the strip for dining and entertainment. Host was very responsive and communicative. Would absolutely book again and recommend to anyone.
