Positive: Very good location, walking distance to train station and most attraction places, Family Mart just right in front across the road

Negative: Room may be bit warm and uncomfortable at night when air conditional compressor stop running for quite long if temperature set above 20C, and become noisy if temperature set below 20C for compressor to continue running longer
