Summary: This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. Perfectly located to allow easy travel to other towns and local attractions. The host was just lovely and very helpful. One of the best accommodations I’ve come across.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website. It was very comfortable and cozy. The perfect size for my stay. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly want or need, and everything was clean, well organized and accessible. The bed was comfortable and the pillows perfect! The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location, especially with a dog. Peebles is a very dog friendly place. The proximity to the river is great for walking. The property is extremely well equipped and has a lot of extras including a thoughtful little bowl of chocolates! We all enjoyed our second stay at this property and hope to stay again soon. Summary: The apartment was lovely, great location overlooking the river. We had our dog with us, and there was plenty of walks right from the doorstep. Also the area is very dog friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table watching life go by. Extremely well equipped place (we have stayed at places where where there wasn't even any salt and pepper). Overall, a very enjoyable week (the weather was great too), and if we return to Peebles, we will book here again.
