This two-stored beach house was built in 2011 and is a part of a large private complex of semi-detached houses at Gavriadia beach, only 3 km from Ierissos town. It's architectural style is a modern typical beach house of Halkidiki. There is an electronic bar that gives access only to residents and leads to the parking place, only 15 metres from the house. It's a new summer residential area with an amazing crystal water beach at only 200 meters away.
Our summer house consists of two bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with queen size bed and the other one with two single beds and a futon, as well as a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a spacious, ethic decorated, luminous living room with an attached fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. There are two balconies, a large outdoor shaded terraced area and lots of garden space that may used as playground.
The area is 3km from Lerissos town, that offers lots of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops, large supermarkets (Masoutis & Lidl), ATMs, pharmacy etc.
There is bus connection between Ierissos and Thessaloniki, the closest large city with international airport.

Summary: My family is in love with this Place, so we have been visiting this house several times and we will be coming back. The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful complex. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The villa is close to a lot of beautiful attractions, restaurant and other activities. We have been recommending this property to all of our friends and relatives.

Summary: This was by far our best stay across long-term rented accommodation in Chalkidiki. The house is absolutely brilliant -airy, spacious, bright, fully kitted with all mods and cons with peaceful environment, and overall the place oozes positive energy.The house is brand new and it's located in pedestrian area, the whole neighborhood is very quiet especially during night.The beach is less then 5 minutes walk away. You can also go to other beaches every day with not much time by car. The hosts are great. Very honest, polite and helpful. Overall, I totally recommend this place.I will definitely be returning with my family to this place ideally for longer-term stays.

Summary: The complex is quite large but we didn't felt pressed in any way and it's also safe for children. The property is clean, well maintained and very nice decorated. Because of the layout of the rooms you don't need to use the air-conditioning, the climate is very pleasant in the house even in the hottest days. The beach is at around 200m and it is quite long (a least 800m). The car is needed to reach Ierissos, where you can find a lot of shops and Tavernas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Nicolas was a great guy to treat with. Maybe we will see each other also next year.
