New windows let the warm breezes sweep your cares away. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large fenced backyard. Two blocks from Dunedin Golf Club, a public course that has hosted 18 Senior Tour Championships and was named "2008 Country Club of the Year" by Tampa Bay Magazine. This home is a short drive, hike or bike ride to Honeymoon Island with nature trails, a pet beach and ferry ride to Caladesi Island; The Pinellas Trail, a continuous 47 mile trail that runs from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and leads to historic downtown Dunedin with restaurants, boutiques, pubs and an active calendar of festivals and outdoor events; plus Dunedin Community Center and Fine Arts Complex with a multi-purpose facility offering a full fitness center, dance and exercise studios, art classes and exhibitions. The home is close to Highlander Park with public tennis courts and ball fields, along with Hammock Park, a lovely trail for your dogs' daily walk. All of this with the Florida sunshine and coastal waterways. Pets allowed upon approval. Summary: We felt completely at home during our 3-month stay. Plenty of room, even a bonus area where my husband could set up his office and the fenced-in yard offered lots of sniffing opportunities for our dog. Beth and Jeff quickly communicated with us regarding any questions we had regarding the property and the area of Dunedin. Neighborhood in a golf community is quiet and the neighbors friendly. We would definitely return if we are back in the area.

Summary: I will always have great mod this house as it provided me a wonderful home as I moved from Ohio to Florida accepting a job in Dunedin. The owners were so wonderful to work with. The house had everything I needed and is located in a great neighborhood close to the Pinellas Trail, Honeymoon Island and downtown Dunedin. Highly recommend. And am grateful for the stay!

Summary: My family and I stayed here while our home was being renovated, the location is great, right by the golf course, and very close to both Honeymoon Island and downtown Dunedin! The homeowners were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home!
