This spacious multi-level villa includes 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, formal dining room with seating for 12, spacious family room with a fireplace, a games room with a Foosball table, 3 Smart HDTVs, and a billiards table, a large Chef's Kitchen, with stainless-steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you may need. Plenty of outdoor space with a private fully fenced heated pool, a firepit area, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill (charcoal & tongs provided). Balcony on the second floor, covered porch on the first floor. Stand alone laundry building. High-Speed WiFi throughout, TVs in every room with top streaming services, Beach & Outdoor essentials provided (8 foldable beach chairs, pool floats & towels, umbrella & cooler), and we've got the little ones covered too (baby monitor, high chair, children’s toys & books, travel cot (52” x 28”), baby gates and kids’ tableware).
The back yard oasis will have you feeling like you are constantly on vacation. Located in the expanded golf card district of Old Palm Harbor.
