Summary: Patty, the owner, is great at communicating. She gave excellent directions to the house and clear instructions about how to use various items in the house. We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay in August. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare several simple meals. The location was a short drive from town up on a hill, and we enjoyed the view and the flowers in the yard. We enjoyed driving down to the Homer spit and eating excellent grilled halibut at Captain Patty's Seafood restaurant. We also enjoyed visiting the Pratt art, cultural and natural sciences museum in Homer.

Summary: Loved our stay on Rosebud Court. The home was perfect for our needs with 5 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. The kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of spices, flour, sugar, etc. in the pantry. It had plenty of pots and pans and even had SHARP knives. We loved the view. In fact, some of our party practically never left the front yard. The house is very well located to get to the spit and several great restaurants.

Summary: View was awesome, even when it was foggy. Two cranes were in the yard every afternoon/evening. Host was there if needed, otherwise made it seem like you were all alone, which is what we prefer. Nice, clean house with everything you need to cook in the big kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice water pressure. Would happily stay again!
