On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (fireplace, TV, double sofa bed, large table, swing), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (including a washing machine). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a balcony) and another bathroom with a shower. Central heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The spacious, fenced property (available to guests of two adjacent houses) offers secure parking, a children's playground, and plenty of space for blissful relaxation, family games, and fun.
