This pet-friendly end unit Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Cortez Golf Course and offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The well stocked kitchen includes a toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker plus a breakfast table! In the Living area, there is dining for four, comfortable seating, and access to a large deck with outdoor seating and a Grill. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, and a private bath with an easy step over shower and a private vanity. There is also access to the deck and black out curtains for privacy and restful sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, with a second full bath in the hall, along with the laundry closet.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Summary: I really appreciated that this rental offered 1 night stay minimum that accommodated my family and dog. It was also easy getting in contact with the property manager to request an early check-in. Overall, the place was clean and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, but nothing that would hinder us from staying here again in the future. Thank you!
