Positive: Check in was straight forward although it was at a different (but close) location to the one advertised.

Negative: Very basic set up, just a bedroom with a small fridge in a basically empty house located in an outer suburb. OK if you have a car and just need a bed for the night. If you are ubering from the airport then eat first as there are no food places within walking distance.

Positive: the neighborhood is pretty good. a beautiful place with nice houses. pretty quiet. Given the price, is a pretty decent place to stay. ALTHOUGH they changed my address and sent me to other home they own. Instead of 1653 Blackmore Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46231, they sent me another address (9546 Tobin Cir, Avon, IN 46123). unfortunately I was told about this other adress 15min before my ETA. Luckily, this new house was still close to my needs (I went to 2025 Indy 500).

Negative: The carpets need to be cleaned. They look like were never cleaned before. The kitchen floor was also dirty. Something pretty simple to fix that would avoid any complain.

Positive: The house needs to be tidy up at all times, the living room needs some sofas, chairs or cushions. The items in the kitchen needs to be properly cleaned up for next use. Thank you

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the house had everything I needed for the night that I stayed there. Also grateful for them letting me check in so late.

Negative: Did not like waiting outside for the door code.

Summary: It was overall a pleasant experience, besides the doorcode thing.
