Summary: Check in was great - the room was nice and clean when we arrived. However, the guests in the room above us were literally pounding on the floor - all night - every night - for three nights!! It was very loud and difficult to sleep through. We tried to stop at the front desk to ask for assistance, but there was no one there. Also, on our second day, we did not receive maid service - the room was not cleaned or straightened - and we were out of Kleenex and toilet paper. We left the room at 9A and didn't get back until after 6P, so we expected someone to clean or at least refill things during that time. Instead, we had to go down to the front desk to ask for supplies - again there was no one there, so we had to go back three times before getting assistance.

Summary: Room was great for the 3.5 days we were there but only issue was the WiFi seemed to be really bad and hard to work with. Other than that the room and hotel were great and everything was very conveniently close!

Summary: Overall it was a nice place. The pool was heated and clean. I had requested a double bed room, but they gave me a king with a pull out couch. The bed on it was thin and you can feel the springs. I had to go to the desk to get sheets for the pull out, and they did not have any extra pillows, just the one jn the closet. The breakfast was okay ,my fiancée and son was omay with it.

Summary: The front desk staff, especially Wendy, was so kind during a difficult time for our family. The breakfast hostess was welcoming. The housekeepers went the extra mile every day. GREAT CHOICE!
