Positive: The staff made sure that we got treated well with an upgrade and a snack after the initial "hick up."

Negative: Our initially assigned room was not cleaned. We needed to go back to the reception and ask for a different room.

Positive: The gentleman named Stephen who takes care of the breakfast was such a joy and did a fantastic job.

Negative: The only complaint I had through our entire stay was the people across the hall.. loud and obnoxious all night long, slamming doors and talking loud and in and out all night. I reported that to the desk after the first night. He said he would call them.. but it didn't keep them any quieter the second night. I feel like that wasn't really on the hotel.
