Positive: The hotel and rooms were very clean. Super friendly staff. It was a bit noisy around our room but it was mostly our neighbors it seems like. Was still able to sleep great. Very close to Six Flags Magic Mountain and lots of food around.

Negative: Continental breakfast. It was not good, sadly.

Summary: Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

Positive: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a couch. Big tub. Good size jacuzzi.

Negative: Lots of deferred maintenance all around the property. Didn’t feel comfortable using jetted tub because of the visible dirt or age on the tub, walls and other areas. The pool fence was loose. There was a hearing impaired system in the room indicating “system malfunction “. Most of the outlets didn’t work. Pool towels were microscopic sandpaper filaments. Elevator was old and sounded scary.

Summary: It was sufficient for a quick trip.

Positive: Front desk very friendly and supportive, my fiance and i drove seperate cars early prior to check in for magic mountain and we were given no problems parking on site early, we also allowed to keep the other car at the site while we went back the second day even after checkout. I stay here often and always want to come back for magic mountain

Negative: There is a door on the north side i think, to get in it does not work, as soon as i walk out to my care in the parking lot, it does not allow me back in and i have to walk all the way around to get back in, i recall being there in August 2024 for magic mountain and the same door was broke. Would be nice if the door keycard lock worked.

Negative: i was in a connecting room to a family's giggling joking laughing romping two teenage boys. 1" gap under the thin wood door might as well have not been there. at least i didn't have see their antics. not connected to their relaxing parents, but to a single 73 yo woman.

Negative: Arrived midnight to rest with the idea to wake up up early. Unfortunately the lady in reception did not allow us to check in until we pay more than 300dlls due to she was seeing in their system the reservation for two days but my reservation was only one night. I called booking twice (the first call after half hour or more was lost and then I had to call against and restart the process with a new person) The lady in reception (around 2am already) confirmed check in was fixed but then she “mistaken” the room number, in second floor 319, which does not exist!! This room # does not exist!! Looking along all the floor, third floor, second floor again, I couldn’t believe that! I had to come back again at reception and she told ohh I am sorry and she corrected the room #….☹️

Summary: They need to train their staff better.
