Summary: Clean and quiet. Good access to highway. Near a large busy mall. Breakfast good. Breakfast hostess very pleasant and friendly. Manager of hotel not friendly or personal at all; doesn’t seem to like his job. We stayed 4 night and he didn’t smile once. Evening receptionist helpful and friendly. Our room needed a hand towel bar or hook.

Summary: This was a great location in Winston Salem. It's tucked right off the main strip near the mall away from the chaotic traffic, but still just a few minutes from the mall and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good too. The gentleman at the front desk was like a trip back in time with his professionalism, kindness, and conversation. The only negative thing I could possibly point out is the extior could use a good pressure washing, for curb appeal, however that's not going to stop me from this location being my go to when I'm in the area.

Summary: We needed to reserve our room early due to my husband having surgery that day. We needed a first floor room and two beds. When I called, I was accommodated immediately and when we arrived earlier than check in time, our room was ready for us. It was large and very clean. The included breakfast was very fresh and delicious with a good variety. I don’t expect much from hotel breakfast and this was a delightful surprise. The only negative I experienced is that the rooms are not very soundproof, it was noisy from others above us. It’s conveniently located near much shopping and restaurants. I would recommend it, great value for the money.

Summary: Nice stay right off I-40 in Winston-Salem. Everything was great except the WiFi. It had full strength, but data speeds were terrible. And, since it was a business trip, that was extremely important in getting some things done. I had to resort to my phone hotspot, which was also poor. Couldn’t complete required online work. Clean room and everything worked properly otherwise.
