Summary: Everything was great except for the pool being closed in the middle of the summer. The only reason fur selection this hotel is because it offered a nice pool. But it was closed. My wife and I were on a no phone unwind weekend.

Summary: I have always enjoyed my stays at comfort inn and suites. But this time I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The bathtub in my room was dirty! There were partial rolls of toilet tissue in the bathroom! There 3 ladies staying in the room and I had to go back down to the desk to request additional bathroom supplies

Summary: The room we resided in for 2 nights is not worth the price. There were multiple minor issues that have accumulated over time during our stay. First thing is the mini fridge. Our fridge that was provided for us in the room was not getting anything cold, even after the setting changes, which spoiled most of our foods we planned to eat. Then it was the “complementary” food. In my opinion, the food there is not worth eating, better off at a different establishment. Then it was the pool, which was falsely advertised on the site we booked on. The pool was closed permanently which defeated the purpose of putting up false descriptions. Lastly was the elevator. There is only one working elevator, which is not efficient at all. It has cost many individuals to be late to their duties because of the lack of elevators which the company provides. Overall this hotel is not worth the price, especially for longer stays, and it is better off paying an extra 100 bucks for better overall service.

Summary: When we checked in, I guess I was down for two nights and when I got there, I told them it was only going to be one night so I was told I had to talk to someone in regards to that so hopefully you can fix whatever went wrong. I will check my credit card later so everything can go through And hopefully I would have some type of communication from you to let me know what’s going on with that transaction thank you

Summary: Door lock didn’t work on arrival, but was fixed the next morning. Everyone very friendly, but had to ask for TP twice, cups once.

Summary: Everything was clean, the staff pleasant and the location convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is not far from a busy street, our room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine with eggs, meat, biscuits, cereal and pastries. We would absolutely stay there again.
