Summary: I was so disappointed! When we arrived I was met with a burp, and then looked for my room, the guy was eating! I got a hotel with a pool because my families pool was outside and if it rained it would probably be better, the hotel pool looked as if there was a film on the top of it! Even though it was outside I could see the bottom, it was so clear, but they cleaned it every day.Didn’t even get in it! Actually the outside pool looked cleaner than yours. The screen outside the window looked as if someone has tried to get in there, the tub was not clean just less than what I paid for!!! Oh and the mattress, you could see was stained, as if they just turned it over and half made the bed. It was just disgusting. Overpriced for the amenities! I will not do this again! And I called ahead about the pool, and it was disappointing. I hate I didn’t take pictures. Maybe the guy just gave me the worse room he could, I don’t know but it doesn’t matter now.

Summary: I got there and room was not what it said it was online, had no pull out couch or nothing to sit on besides the bed. The tv didn’t work at all. I asked for a remote and pretty much was just thrown a remote with batteries and the worker said don’t even know if it’s going to work, which it didn’t. So, then I asked to be switched to a different room, which they did but still had no pull out couch or any other furniture to sit on besides the bed. And the window wouldn’t even shut! So my daughter ended up sleeping with me and we had to eat on the bed. So disappointed especially staying there because my daughter was graduating from college. I asked to be reimbursed for at the first night and all the hassles I went through but they said they wouldn’t do that. And I still think I should be reimbursed for at least one night. Would not recommend this hotel!!

Summary: Used sheets on the pull out sofa, urine on the toilet, carpet was so filthy and stained and smelled awful! Would not give us a refund! Broken tiles in the bathroom, walls had food stuck on them just horrible!
