Summary: I stayed here for a concert and was trying to save money. If you’re on a budget it’s okay…. maybe. There was a dead roach in front of the microwave/ fridge area. The shower area was so dirty we didn’t even shower after being at the concert all day. To top it off, the TV didn’t work. Smh

Summary: I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room. The floor was dirty, the room safe was broken, and the pool and jacuzzi weren’t working. Even if they had been operational, I highly doubt I would have used them because of the overall cleanliness issues. The hotel was located right next to the freeway, so it was very noisy throughout the night, highly recommend bringing earplugs. The area felt quite sketchy; people were smoking marijuana right outside, and there were people sleeping in the parking lot. I hope the hotel does some serious management improvements.

Summary: We had no phone in the room. It was bugs and spiders all over the restroom and we were denied a late check out even though we had no phone to ask earlier. I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

Summary: The room was worn and the loveseat in the center of the room was in terrible condition, it had stains and was torn. We did not sit on it!!!

Summary: The front door is locked and you can only get in if the employees see you and let you in. The check in process was very odd with a virtual assistant on a kiosk. Which didn’t really make sense because you still had to check in with the employee behind the counter for the keys. The room had some sort of white substance splattered all over the wall and curtains. It smelled like it had been recently fumigated for roaches, a very strong chemical smell, and dead roaches on the exterior stairs. There were homeless encampments in many of the spots in the lot, so parking was difficult. There was someone’s black hair on the pillows of the bed. The first morning when we went to go to get something from car and went back to the room neither of our key cards worked anymore. Since my key card didn’t work I had to stand outside the front doors at 130 in the afternoon trying to flag down an employee so I could get back into my room. The food was mediocre, but fine since it is included for the price. If you don’t go early you might miss out, most of the food except the hot selection was empty by 830 and I never saw it get refilled.

Summary: We made a quick stop in Antioch before heading back home. Nana provided exceptional customer service—she went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too.

Summary: Everything was really good, bed was wonderful. It was really quiet. The handicap accommodations were fine, the only negative is that the bed was high and so it took me awhile to climb in the bed
