Summary: Good staff, great room

Summary: Had to get housekeeping to change the bed because of long hairs outside and inside the sheets. Also the floor needed to get swept and mopped and we were told when we checked in that wifi was out for the next few weeks.

Summary: Staff was great. Room heating system was realky bad, noisy, always pushing cold or warm air in alternance with no option to close the system. It was inconfortable

Summary: Shower stall was very dirty it wasn't even cleaned. Noise all night long. A valley ball team was visiting same time. Noise till midnight, singing and banging on hotel room doors. Next room to mine were a couple who were up all night coughing and going out for a smoke and banging the door so hard that it woke you up every time. In total got two hours sleep. Terrible!!!!
