Negative: Beds not made, no trash pick up, and not cleaned every day. Dead roach in main restroom downstairs.

Positive: Friendly receptionist and close to the gas station and restaurants. The hotel entrance was a bit outdated, but they are remodeling it so I'll hope this will be fixed soon
