Negative: Hotel claims to be non smoking...terrible smell of cigarette smell in lobby, hallways and rooms. Bathroom floor was dirty. carpets in rooms dirty. alot of noisy guests that staff did not address. Just needed a place to stay the night, have stayed here before, but will not stay again.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. While away from home, my husband had a fall on the ice. I grabbed him a hotel room so he didn't have to drive, and could have a long, hot, pulsating shower. The room was upgraded to a king, for free. Very nice. He slept like a log, then had a full, free breakfast. .

Negative: The curtains didn't meet, so they let brightness in. Normally we bring clothes pins for this common hotel problem. This time he had to improvise another way. I really do not understand why places dont deal with this.
