Summary: First room - dirty fridge, dirty inside microwave and white stuff out side of it and it was next to bathroom and this white stuff was also on bathroom door. The bathtub walls and tub had soap scum and someone else's hair on on it and then we found brown crusty stuff on my daughter's bed the next day on the side of it on the sheets (we did not have anything that would make this kind of mess). When reported they did send someone to clean the sheets and they also cleaned the fridge but nothing else. The next day my daughter found a flea on her. This is a pet-friendly hotel. I reported it to the front desk and that staff member was really nice and insisted we move to another room. We did end up in a suite for the same price, however this one also had dirty mirrors and a metal towel rack that kept falling off the wall. The people who worked the breakfast were really cheerful and the front desk were helpful and available when we had other questions. This hotel was a step up from another one I used on two other visits that unless they do a huge remodel, I never want to step foot in again... I don't know if there is a lack of training on how to clean hotel rooms between guests or there is not enough time, or what the issue is.

Summary: Family and pet friendly, free breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very old and tired facilities andtorn curtains. Stained furniture, carpet, and sheets, damaged/peeling bathroom door and fixtures are old. Clearly being cleaned well by staff but the entire place needs overhaul. Scores 2 for facilities and ok overall.

Summary: The chair and floor had pet fur on it. The shower also. The sink drain took forever. The shower water wouldn't even out between hot and cold.

Summary: I would never stay at another Comfort Inn as a result of this stay. The dust and dirt in the room were visible and inexcusable. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower, as well as green scum surrounding the drain of the tub, and the shower handle was rusted. How is this Comfort? It's shameful that the property is allowed to inflate their prices because of demand created by a graduation weekend and provide an unkept room. NEVER again! Bad look for the chain.

Summary: I just recently stayed in a five star hotel where the rooms were flashy but not at all functional. The Comfort Inn was such a relief! Not only was it clean and spacious, I actually had towel rods and hooks, a mirror that did not steam up, counter space and a place for my open suitcase! And, it was attractive!

Summary: The pillow on my bed still had wrinkles and indent of previous head that laid on it. Indicating it was not changed. Also while needing a shower before bed the shampoo container was completely empty so could not wash hair.

Summary: Our stay was okay but the cleanliness of the property was not great. In our room was an empty pill bottle and fork under the sink, a cough drop by the bedside, and a can of iced tea behind the desk. There was also an off putting smell in the hallway thought out the stay. They also appeared to be undergoing some renovations because the pool was closed and while walking my dog I noticed it was full of mattresses. The area was alright, just needs some work on upkeep and cleaning.
