Summary: We had a problem with the first room and then they moved us and the rest of the stay was fine.

Summary: We stayed one night the following are areas I think need attention: Rm 300 toilet seat was about to fall off studying all over the place. Sink faucet is in need of repair Breakfast was in need of an upgrade not what I expected at 300 per night. Everything is set up to go in trash at breakfast eco friendly (not)

Summary: The staff was not that friendly and the room had a dirty shower door, the toilet needed to be cleaned better. There was a hair on the hair dryer. There also was a dust layer on the bed head boards that was thick. There is no clock in the room and everyday trying to get into the pool we had to ask the front desk to let us in. Also, the lighting in the room was horrible it was to dark.And there was too many night light's in the room coming in from the overhead fire alawm to the tv and microwave. AndWhy would there be a micro wave put on a shelf that you could hardly get too. For a Hilton hotel there was much to be desired and If I could of had a Holiday Inn room I would have booked there. Also, I keey wouldn't work one day and when my husband ask the front desk to help with it the person told him he must of checked out that's why it didn't work. He did fix it for us REALLY it was apparently I fault assumed by them ! I was not able to get into the Holiday Inne next door and after the service at this hotel I really wish I would of waited a week later. So I could have gotten better service and cleaner room! YOU ASKED YOU GOT!

Summary: We stayed here during a brief family getaway and chose this hotel due to its proximity to restaurants, The Montshire Museum, and because it had an indoor pool. We were disappointed to learn that the description on hotels.com was presented in a way to make us believe there was a suite style room with a separate sleeping area. It did not. We were also very disappointed to find crumbs in various places around the room and find stained sheets on our bed. The front desk staff was very responsive and changed our sheets for us. The refrigerator was so cold it froze some of our drinks and berries. The hallways smell like this is a smoking hotel, but it is non-smoking. Other than the cleanliness, the room was comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The location was convenient and close to amenities.

Summary: Room was decent, but only one chair and no end stands, making it difficult for 2 people to eat or watch tv without sitting on the bed. Less than standard size pillows on a king bed made sleeping difficult. Parking was horrible and the elevator shook so bad i thought it was going to collapse. Overall, not a bad place, for for the price i was a bit disappointed.

Summary: Nice, clean hotel. Our room was just outside the lobby, so we were concerned about noise. However, other than one very loud group of people in the hallway, we were not disturbed at all.

Summary: The staff was friendly and professional. The room was AMAZINGLY quiet. I never heard anyone in the hall or even a door close. The breakfast offerings were plenty, and what we chose was fresh and delicious. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in the area.
