Summary: Wow, for the price, the pullout bed did not have the sheets made the first night and the second night. They didn’t even provide sheets! When I called the front desk to ask for some sort of a discount, they said, we will have to get the general manager to call you on Tuesday. It’s too bad. The staff are not empowered to satisfy the customer right then and there.

Summary: Generally a good stay, though this time there was a lot of noise on the 4th floor after midnight -people talking loudly and doors slamming. We had to stick our heads out in the hall and ask the people across from us to keep it down. It did get quieter after that.

Summary: Very comfortable beds and AC. 12' ceiling for our ground floor unit. Staff were accomodating. Breakfast was okay. The hot items - sausage and scrambled eggs were so-so. The kids loved the waffles. Would recommend overall and would return.

Summary: Friendly staff, especially Ismael at the breakfast buffet. All very helpful! Beautiful room renovations! Very attractive and comfortable! We will be back the next time we visit family in Surrey.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay with an okay breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the desk chair that rolled so nicely. I was having trouble getting around because of a leg injury.

Summary: The main breakfast room attendant is a real pain. (Not our first visit). He spends more time chatting at guests who might want to be left alone, and talking about himself, than he does putting the food out or checking the empty coffee pots. Unasked, he went around pouring syrup on people’s waffles. Meanwhile, we had to ask at the front desk to get coffee.

Summary: Great stay the staff were very helpful and pleasant the only problem was that a group of young hockey players from a different country were also staying and were making far too much noise into the early hours shouting and slamming doors.
