Summary: Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay here. I couldn't control the temperature in the room due to the HVAC malfunction. Although the room stayed cool and comfortable, it would've been nice to be able to control the temperature. I did informed the front desk, and they wrote up a service request for the HVAC service

Summary: Breakfast was great! Wi-Fi was slow but functional for watching videos. The room smelled moldy which was a little concerning and there were weird spots on the base of the tv that looked like they were possibly mold. Beds were comfortable. Good place to stop for the night.

Summary: The location is good. Could use some more parking. The hotel must've had a leak or something because the 3rd floor hallway smelled really bad like mildew was there. Our room specifically had some mold in random places on the walls. Not black mold, but it was green mold. Bed and bathroom was clean. Room stayed pretty cold regardless of what we set thermostat to and we think that was the cause of the excess moisture which led to the mold on the walls.

Summary: Staff was friendly. No AC in hallway or elevator. Side door has been broken for almost a year or more. Carpets in room are much better hallway needs redone since it is original. Rooms are clean, breakfast is edible.

Summary: Booked online for a Double Room King Bed - Accessible but was given one room with a King Bed. Front Desk said I have to complain to Hotels.com. When ask if she can move us to a Standard Room with 2 Queen Beds, she said there is none available.

Summary: Room smelled musty, sheets felt damp and carpet felt the same. Storm knocked out direct tv all night and front desk person had me trying various things before he realized it wasn’t just me. Convenient to Pax base.

Summary: It is a VERY old property with drawers broken and not properly closed on the dresser. It was visually clean but has an odd smell in the room. No one answered the phone when I called for information on food (there were cards that said "we care, just call the front desk" and nobody answered. Will not be visiting them again.
