Summary: I booked two nights because it had a pool and was close to Diggerland with my family. Thé pool was so cloudy and gross I was afraid to go in it. My bed sheets were stained and i felt a crawling feeling sleeping in there. After going to the park for the day i came back at 5:00p and no one had cleaned the room and it took me forever to find someone at the front desk to get towels Thé breakfast was typical bit I had an old man yelling at me because i doubled up my coffee cup because it was so hot . We left that night and bever stayed thé second night. I would’ve loved a refund

Summary: The Hotel is not maintained very well. The entrances had trash and other personal items on the ground everyday we stayed there. The floor in the main lobby didnt look like it had beed cleaned or mopped in a few days. The free breakfast was not very good or appetizing. It just seemed the hotel was run down. I stayed there about 3 years ago and it was much better.

Summary: I don't recommend this hotel, trash bag which was open and stayed by the elevator for two days. Room cleaning is by request only but no one at check in mentioned it. Phones were not working so to contact front desk you had to actually go to the front desk. Bfst food quality was very poor. Very poor value for money paid.
