Summary: The staff was friendly; the hotel was just outdated. Thin walls, elevator not working, and amenities are not what I've grown accustomed to while traveling.

Summary: I was not pleased that elevator was out of order and the front desk person did not know when it would be repaired. I was able to get a ground floor room but this not good impression. The breakfast foods were not even warm, I do not know if the heat on but eggs were cold. I was visiting to celebrate my birthday with family, so the room served purpose it was near my family. I really doubt I will come back. The area was very tricky and unsafe to maneuver out of area.

Summary: Everything was great except the room had a weird smell to it and I think it was mold maybe because the a/c unit was dripping onto the carpet and it probably does that all the time and grows mold

Summary: This hotel is dated, but the service was good. The room was kind of gross. It wasn't super clean and it smelled dank. The sheets had seen better days, and there was food or some other type of crud on the curtains. Just an "ick factor" in general. The staff, however, was very friendly, so five stars for that aspect of the stay.

Summary: The people who worked there were very helpful and kind. But the carpet in the room and feel of the hotel are old, used and musty. The room smelled weird, I think both from the age of the carpet, as well as another smell that seemed like it was supposed to be covering the original smell up. There was an old gross stain on the side of the mattress you could see. Honestly, it just felt kind of dingy and gross in the room, and like most of the what was in the room needed to be replaced, especially the carpet. We chose to stay with family instead of staying the second night there.

Summary: I checked in early morning probably midnight. I was greeted by Shawn… who apparently was having a bad day. So I was greeted with “of course a last min check in” after I interrupted his whatever he handed me my keys. When I get to the 4th floor and find out neither key works I return to the lobby- to which as I’m walking towards him I hear “of course he has a problem with his room” (apparently he doesn’t know the difference between internal monologue and external) to which I (don’t know why but felt the need apologized too him!!!) and explained my keys were not working.. he explained how it was my fault for holding near my phone battery or a magnet.. whatever happened to treating a customer with a smile and a welcome? With the exception of housekeeping which were pleasant and very nice this was a miserable experience
