Positive: The property was near the event we needed to attend. There were plenty of room. The neighborhood seemed safe and stable.

Negative: The owner/property manager was unresponsive and when she communicated with guest she was rude.

Summary: The negatives (rude owner/property manager) outweigh its positives.

Positive: Very large home, extremely clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable! Worked out great with our grandkids because the master is so large the kids had plenty of room to stay with their parents. Lots of room to spread out. It worked out great for our family trip. We had five adults and two kids and never felt crowded at any time. Would definitely recommend it for a family stay.

Negative: A little bit of work and it would be a truly great place, it needed some repairs. Many interior doors would not latch. The bathroom doors in the master and hallway bound up when you try to close it and you had to slam it shut. Then when you open it, it made a loud noise. The TV in our bedroom could not be plugged in because the power cord would not reach a receptacle and in general the TV’s were useless due to programming. Unless you had streaming accounts you pretty much couldn’t watch tv. No switched lights in many areas and you had to walk across dark rooms to turn on the lamps. No ice maker in the fridge and no washer and dryer access. The faucet in the kitchen sink was loose. These are not major things and weren’t deal breakers, more just inconveniences.

Summary: The property was conveniently located close to town and was very spacious and comfortable.

Positive: The location was good for what we needed. It was just outside of Douglasville.

Negative: The facilities could do with a good deep cleaning. The fan blades were very dirty, and the vents were in need of a good cleaning. The refrigerator was also dirty. That was not good. There is a cleaning fee, so I expected to have a clean facility. We killed 3 roaches, so pest control is also needed. There were also no eating utensils ( pots, pans, plates, cups ,or glasses). This was very unusual for a vacation rental. We couldn't cook or use the stove because of this, nor do you have access to a washing machine or dryer. The iron was also very dirty. We tried to use it, and yellow water was running out of it. We chose a house rental for the accessibility of certain items. Those items, especially kitchen and laundry, were not accessible. There are also rules like: take out the trash before you check out, strip the bed and leave the sheets at the foot of the bed, run the dishwasher (there were no plates, eating utensils or cups), turn off AC on your way out. I felt like I paid for cleaning, but I had to do the cleaning. That was definitely not good at all. IL not dating that we would leave the place in a mess, but leaving cleaning instructions when there is a $150 cleaning fee is a bit much to ask.

Positive: Great big space, well connected with devices which was helpful.

Negative: The only thing I needed was access to laundry, especially with being there for 2 weeks.
