Positive: Although the little mishap from the bedroom door not locking properly when we arrived. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

Negative: No water provided upon arrival or on the room. The vending machine was limited and the card reader was not working. It was cash only. Went to the desk and asked for water it was also a cash only purchase. Breakfast was the same 2 days in a row. They did not have regular suger for coffee.

Negative: Pool is BROKE! The pool was a ICE BATH COLD hot today didn't work and it looks like you have a fried electrical line along the wall next to the pool. Also yal changed your beds and they are not as comfortable if just harder then what they use to be. MAINLY THE POOL!! We pay for a nice place with pool we Expect Pool for our kid!!! Also house keeping was Deliberately Asked to do a turn down for our room 317 and they did NOTHING!! And when we came back it looks as thow THEY put the bo not distrub on our door because we left in on the table on the other side of our room!! 😡😢😡😢 WE HATED NO POOL
