Summary: I liked the location, price, the staff, the restaurant, the hotel and room amenities were excellent. The rooms were large and clean, plenty of outlets, and they gave you plenty of wash cloths and bath towels. My only complaint is that the ice machines were on the odd numbered floors and of course i was on an even numbered floor....lol

Summary: Very comfortable. Staff helpful. We got a handicapped room, not by request. The shower experience was difficult with water spraying everywhere if we weren't careful. Good brekkie. Shuttle to and from airport pretty good.

Summary: The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff was great! They did an excellent job keeping the area clean; they were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was A+! They offer it 24/7 and it arrives every 30 mins! Overall, the experience was good. The rooms could use a little updating, but otherwise zero complaints.

Summary: The hotel is nowhere near the airport, it’s in a remote and pretty rundown town outside of Boston, right next to a massive Amazon distribution facility. I should have looked at it on a map before booking! You can walk to a commuter train about 15 minutes away that will take you into Boston, but you wouldn’t want to do it at night. They also have a shuttle that will take you back to the airport and from there you can take the train into Boston, but the shuttle is a bit irregular, so it’s a long trip. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful, as were the daytime staff at the front desk, though the night staff were decidedly unhelpful. We left a Kindle in our room and the hotel will not respond to any queries about whether it has been found, the last tracking information shows that it was there. There are no safes in the room. Despite being surrounded by huge parking lots on all four sides they also charge $20 a night for parking!

Summary: When I checked into the hotel, I was told-much to my dismay-that it would cost me $20 per night to park. Nowhere in your listing does it say I had to pay to park. Moreover, the confirmation email I received when I booked the room made zero mention of a fee for parking. The front desk people acknowledged there is no mention anywhere of a parking fee-yet, they said I still had to pay. This is akin to extortion. Their attitude was that I should take it up with Hotels.com. I am doing that now. I hereby demand a refund of $60.00. I knew nothing about this charge until I arrived there.

Summary: We had a great stay. Came in to see the Red Sox for 4 nights. It was so nice each morning to have breakfast. The shuttle service was excellent. Took us back and forth each day to the train station. When got in at night just called and they were there. Highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The comfort inn room was neat and clean.Complimentary breakfast offered was great service.The hotel has interconnected Mexican Restaurant opened till 12 pm for dinner which is another attraction of the hotel.Near to Boston international airport and Boston University,it is a great place to stay for attending graduation ceremonies.
