Summary: Perfect hotel, quiet, clean, right off freeway and amazing staff

Summary: I came to visit my brother and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel, and found, what was listed at a rating of 8 to be a "10". I was greeted at the desk with a big smile in a very welcoming environment. I eat breakfast every morning, so even though one of the selling factors for deciding on this hotel was the hot breakfast. I came prepared to go out to eat. I decided to take a peek at the breakfast set-up before heading out, and was surprised, and yes, I stayed. But what set it over the top was an employee named Katie. She was awesome. What a great employee they have in her! Needless to say, the cleanliness, customer service in the other aspects of the hotel were just as awesome. To say this was an amazing stay would be an understatement!!! I frequent about 4 to 5 hotels a year, and I was impressed!

Summary: Amazing place to stay, the rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is very friendly. I was even able to check in, an hour earlier for a small fee of course. The pool Area was small, but very nice. They even had a kids activity in the lobby my kids loved.

Summary: The staff was great. My only problem is that when I got there I found out that I had to pay a $75.00 deposit for both my rooms. Most hotels only charge $20.00 fee this is something people should see on the site before booking at this hotel.

Summary: Hotel was pretty clean, provide make up wipes and designated rag which I do appreciate. Coffee improvised but no bottles of water so be prepared to go back down to get that. Ac works great as well as the fan. We found the beds were so hard and the pillows flattened as to be uncomfortable on your neck. It was a long night. Costco is across the street ..

Summary: Everything was good . We found the towels to be sticky when it gets wet i after we shower in our room, maybe they need better quality towels , they were cheap. Service was good. I'll recommend it !
