A very clean and thoughtfully decorated apartment located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It includes a full kitchen and a living room with a dining area. The apartment's design, which is a small living space built over a two-car garage, is very common to the historic areas of Jacksonville.
There are hardwood floors, high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in natural light.
We decorated the space thoughtfully to keep it cheerful and uncluttered.
It has true vintage plaster walls and real wood trim.

Summary: I had a great time staying at the "Classic Garage Apartment". Although it's an old building that feels different from a hotel, I found it to be clean and safe which is all I needed. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and I really liked the cute dishware. The rental had everything I needed to feel at home. There is a TV and wifi (although the wifi works best in the living room area). Location: I stayed here on my own as a young female, so safety was a priority, and the neighbourhood felt safe enough to walk around comfortably. It was also in a convenient location so that I could walk to Publix for groceries and nearby restaurants for food. I also enjoyed walking to a park on the river. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly during my stay to answer questions. Thank you!

Summary: We have stayed in Riverside several times and like to try out new places. This little apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything, clean, easy check in and quiet.

Summary: Check-in was so effortless. I was surprised that coffee was already provided,, which means my day,, as the first thing I want in the morning is a cup of coffee.. The apartment was very clean and uncluttered. It was cold in Jacksonville the week of Thanksgiving. I definitely needed heat. Learning how to operate the space heaters was a bit tricky. The manager sent their handyman to help with this in a timely manner. I prepared a Thanksgiving meal in the well equipped kitchen.

Summary: This apartment is fantastic! Completely stocked and impeccable. We were able to save money by having a full kitchen to cook in, very conveniently located, and absolutely adorable. Not to mention the bonus of a sweet kitty who greeted us a couple of times. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Jax if it's available, top of our list! Pro-tip: Tiny toilet, adjust accordingly ;-)
