Summary: The staff was courteous and very helpful. However, the ice machines did not work, so we had to go to the front desk to get ice out of a bag. The beds were clean, but the room needed some minor repairs or at least some TLC. Finally, the property had some plumbing work occurring this week and none of us were notified. I saw a dozen people wandering around the hotel asking if everyone else lost water. All it would have taken is a call or a note. But again, the staff was fantastic.

Summary: The bathroom light also operated an exhaust fan which sounded like a noisy truck. One of the other rooms left the light/fan on all night. It made sleeping a bit difficult. Our room’s TV box was broken and we didn’t have TV service for the first 2 nights. They finally fixed or replaced it and it was fine the last two nights. The staff was very nice and accommodating as possible considering the issues.
