Summary: The room smelled like dog pee, I had to clean thw tv remote, the air conditioner/ heating unit had mold.

Summary: The staff was great. Heather is a rockstar and deserves a raise! The room was clean. The continental breakfast needs and complete overhaul. It was 2/10 compared to others Ive been to. Food was cold, options were extremely limited. Breakfast potatoes were actually half cooked tater tots. Terrible.

Summary: Check- in was seamless, staff unfriedly. Did not give any details of amenities. Once in room, bed was worn out and torn. Window was horribly repared witb a towel being plastered in place. Unfinished spackle patching throughout room. Nasty smell. Jacuzzi tub has a rusted drain with stopper on edge of tub. Dirty napkin under night stand. Hand towel had old makeup on backside. Was folded to look clean.

Summary: The staff were friendly but hardly ever at the desk. The room hadn't been vacuumed in some time, hair on the floor, food wrappers in between bed and nightstand, straw wrappers under the edge of the bed and crumbs all over. There was a dirty hand towel left hanging in the bathroom over the shower and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. All the bedding was terribly stained. The alarm clock was covered in something sticky and the charging ports in it broken. To get clean towels you have to bring the dirty ones down, wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk, then count the towels out in front of them before you receive clean ones. There was hair floating in the pool and enough chlorine to burn your eyes without ever going under the water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Its sad when children say mommy can we not stay here again its dirty.

Summary: We stayed with our family for the 4th of July weekend. I have a baby and an 11 year old. At firat glance, the hotel seems shanby but clean, and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. The issue came when we went to get ready for bed after a very long day. There were used contacts on the floor by the vanity (not ours), crumbs on the sheets of one bed and blood on the sheets of the other. The front desk clerk was kind, apologetic, and brought us new bedding immediately, but couldn't move us to a new room because they were fully booked. Even with changing the bedding, it have me the ick. The only reason we didn't check out is because there were no other availabilities in the area (holiday weekend) and my babies were exhausted. I definitely would not rebook here.

Summary: First night, the air wasn't working and the attendant came right to the room and was able to fix it... She was very sweet, concerned about our stay/comfort, and very helpful

Summary: Some areas could use a good cleaning,but overall it was clean. Security issue. The doors had tape over the locking latch. Anyone could walk in at any time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would consider staying there again should I be traveling to the area.
