Summary: Room was clean and biggest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel! 4 queen size beds in one room very spacious too. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Property located near a lot

Summary: We stayed for one night. The pool area had dim lighting. The hallway was older with musty smelling carpeting. There was a strong smell of drugs in the hallway and then when we entered the room we were given it also smelled bad. We thought the property was all non smoking, but it was apparent to my husband and I as well as our two daughters that something was not right. It was late and so we stayed, but we were so glad when we were able to check out the next morning! The continental breakfast was good with a waffle maker and other hot food items. Was nice to have my kids get a good breakfast as we had a long day of driving to our destination.

Summary: I always enjoy the Best Western in Norwalk! It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff has always been great. I love staying here when possible and it’s not too pricey due to the summer activities. I have grandchildren and great grandchildren that live in the area. Thank you for this place.
