Negative: We stayed at this hotel last night. We booked this property because it was so highly rated. I have to say our experience wasn’t quite what we expected. First, our room was very clean, and that was a huge bonus. Huge kudos to the housekeeping staff. However, we found our room to be extremely loud. Last night, around 12:40am, there were loud voices in our hallway, multiple doors repeatedly slammed. It seems as though perhaps there was an event nearby last night and perhaps attendees were staying here? It seems to me that the appropriate thing to have done was to keep no -affiliated guestrooms as separate as possible, yet we seemed to have been in the middle of them all. Further, either the room next to us or above us kept slamming something as we kept hearing loud bangs throughout our stay. It woke me and one of our children repeatedly. Regarding our room specifically, the tub/shower doesn’t seem to be draining properly. I took a less than 10 minute shower and by the end was standing in about 2” of water. It also concerns me that both the ice bucket and coffee maker were kept in the bathroom. Toilet germs spread easily, and broadly. This seems most unsanitary and I’m frankly rather shocked that property management would think this acceptable. Stay here, but maybe bring ear plugs.

Positive: Breakfast was slightly above average. Beds were comfortable Room was decorated modern Incessant HVAC noise was horrendous. Clean up your act and determine where the noise comes from and fix it.

Negative: There was an annoying incessant noise in the hallway and in the room. It sounded like the room next door was playing a loud vintage video game. The noise was also present on the entire third floor hallway. Whether it comes from the HVAC system or the elevator, or whatever this was a HUGE detraction from the overall experience. Get your act together and fix it.
