Positive: Good staff interactions, pretty clean. HVAC was quiet, unusual for an older facility.

Negative: Older facility needs updating. The bathroom in particular. Sink faucet had low pressure, needed to be de-scaled. Bathtub looked bad (damage over time). Several light bulbs out.
