Summary: Well the room had ants . The housekeeping was rude went asking for new bedding to make the bed due to my special needs child having so issues. I had try to take every precaution for it not to happen. I had to go to the front desk and when I did they said they would send someone to give me the bedding. They also looked shocked that I was willing to change the bed. I didnt want they to have to clean up my child accident. And if you want to walk in the morning forget trying to sleep on those hard beds.

Summary: First off we asked for a smoke free room, but the room we got smelled like someone was smoking in it. The outlets didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work so I had to call the hotel phone from my phone. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. For what I paid it was not worth it.

Summary: It was a very wonderful hotel it was close to Albany Medical Center our son had to go for surgery and the hotel had wonderful pool hot tub the rooms were completely comfortable was staff was so nice friendly and everyone was so helpful with questions

Summary: Good stay for one night. Good breakfast set up. Hotel is under renovation. Our room needed some updates. I’d stay again- even before updates because the hotel is well maintained.

Summary: Overall a very affordable option. Our room had a strange smell in it however. And the toilets and plumbing make very loud noises consistently.

Summary: The furniture in my room was quite worn and run down and there were some weird stains on both the bed frame as well as the lounge chair in the room. Also, the breakfast was questionable.

Summary: Have stayed there many times, everything is alway good, it was just a little noisy this time from other guests with children… not that much of a problem cause children will be children!
