Summary: dirty and rooms were really damp and nasty

Summary: The breakfast was good beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and well stocked however our room had a musty smell. Front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room

Summary: Loved the open area seating for breakfast Great choices too. Had bought take out dinner to eat in the open space instead of our room. Our chihuahua enjoyed it also.

Summary: We were only there 1 night. We had an pet friendly room as we were traveling with our little dogs. The smell in the room was almost overpowering and it smelled like urine. They explained that it was an animal friendly room after all and they’d have to steam clean the carpets between guests to prevent that. We’ve stayed at other hotels in pet friendly rooms and they did not stink like that. We take potty pads in case of accidents, we are very careful to make sure our dogs are respectful of property.

Summary: Beds were too tall . 32 inches! My 4'9" wife could not get in the bed, even with the stool we travel with. (Staff said I should have requested a handicap room.) Staff gave us a taller stool, but it was filthy (even a dead cricket). I had to scrub it in the bath tub. Rugs in room and hallway looked dirty. Entrance nearest our room was broken, and no luggage cart was available. Bedside electric recepticals were loose and made sparks.

Summary: We were visiting St. Louis for the weekend and this hotel was perfect. The price was great and we had plenty of room in our suite. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice. We were only 15 minutes from downtown and it was easy to get to. For the amount of money we saved it was totally worth it. Will stay here again!

Summary: This property was great! The room was very spacious! Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast was about the norm but my son loved his fresh waffle. The staff was very friendly. All in all we really enjoyed this hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
